MD Roofing and Siding was founded in 2021 by Devon Richards, a Central Arkansas-based contractor with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial roofing and siding. Before launching MD Roofing and Siding, Devon served as a commercial superintendent at one of Central Arkansas's largest roofing contractors, managing crews of up to 20 people on projects including the $4.2 million Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort expansion and federal standing seam work at Jacksonville Air Force Base. He has done the work at every level, from field laborer to foreman to superintendent, and that experience shows in every job he takes on.

When Devon started MD Roofing and Siding, the goal was simple: bring commercial-grade craftsmanship to residential homeowners in Central Arkansas at a fair price. Because we operate lean with low overhead, we can offer competitive pricing without cutting corners on materials or installation quality.

The name MD stands for Mom and Dad, a tribute to the family values at the heart of this business. Integrity, craftsmanship, and doing the job right even when no one is watching. Devon is personally involved in every project from the first inspection to the final cleanup, and he will not sign off on work he would not put on his own home.
